Quality Control

We implement a rigorous, end-to-end quality management ecosystem throughout the entire production lifecycle-from raw material sourcing to final container loading.

Our 5-Stage Comprehensive QC Process

Pre-Production: Sample Approval

Specification Alignment: Before production begins, we confirm key product details including design specifications, product structure, material requirements, color standards, and packaging requirements to ensure all expectations are clearly aligned.
The Gold Sample: Once approved, the final sample is retained as the production reference standard, helping maintain product consistency throughout mass manufacturing and future repeat orders.

IQC (Incoming Quality Control): Material Inspection

Before entering the production line, all materials undergo strict verification against our technical datasheets:
General Assessment: Verifying color consistency, structural soundness, and aesthetic appearance.
Specialized Focus for Woven Products: We test natural willow, straw, and synthetic PP rattan for tensile flexibility, surface smoothness (to prevent pet injury), and weaving suitability to ensure long-term durability and prevent mold or brittleness.

IPQC (In-Process Quality Control): Production Monitoring

Our QC inspectors continuously monitor key manufacturing stations during active production to catch and rectify deviations early:
Structural Integrity: Testing the stability, overall symmetry, and joint/connection strength of pet furniture frames.
Artisan Craftsmanship: For our handmade woven collections, we inspect weaving tightness, structural uniformity, and flawless edge-finishing.
Assembly Precision: Ensuring all component parts fit perfectly, fasteners are secure, and multi-functional elements operate smoothly.

FQC (Final Quality Control): Finished Product Inspection

Prior to packaging, finished items are randomly sampled and inspected according to standard AQL guidelines or your specific inspection protocols:
Aesthetic & Detailing: Checking for surface blemishes, loose threads, color variances, and general manufacturing neatness.
Dimensional Accuracy: Verifying that product sizes conform strictly to the approved tech-pack tolerances.

OQC (Outgoing Quality Control): Packaging & Transit Protection

Transit Optimization: Verifying master carton strength, inner padding protective methods, and moisture-control measures.
Barcoding & Labeling Accuracy: Meticulously checking shipping marks, Amazon FBA labels (if required), barcodes, and country-of-origin prints to ensure seamless customs clearance and warehousing distribution.

Third-Party Audits

We fully welcome and support third-party inspections (such as SGS, TÜV, Intertek, or your designated QC agents) to conduct on-site audits before shipment.
